How we handle personal data from kulm-ai.ch, Meta Instant Forms, WhatsApp, email, and strategy calls.

1. What we collect
- Website: technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, approximate location), cookies or similar tools if enabled, and Meta Pixel / Conversions API events.
- Meta Instant Forms (Facebook / Instagram lead ads): name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, and your answers (role, inbound lead volume, tools, market).
- Calls and messaging: Calendly booking details, WhatsApp or email content, notes from the audit call.
- If you become a client: contract, billing, and project data needed to design and run the system.
We do not collect payment-card data through Instant Forms.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your request and run the free 15-minute revenue audit.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about that audit, unless you later ask for a proposal or become a client.
- To deliver and measure ads on Meta, including Instant Form lead delivery.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet accounting and legal duties if we enter a contract.
Legal bases under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR: legitimate interests in answering B2B enquiries and running advertising; steps prior to a contract; consent where a cookie banner or optional marketing requires it; legal obligation for bookkeeping.
3. Meta Instant Forms
If you submit a Kulm AI Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the data and sends it to our Page, Ads Manager, and connected tools. We use it to contact you about the audit. We do not sell lead-form data.
You can ask us to delete the lead. You can also manage ad data in your Meta account settings.
4. Who we share data with
Only processors that help us run the service, for example:
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. — ads, Instant Forms, Pixel
- Calendly — call booking, only after you book or we send you the link
- WhatsApp / Meta — messages you start or we send about the audit
- Email and workspace tools we use to reply
- Hosting / website provider for kulm-ai.ch
Providers may store data in Switzerland, the EU, the UAE, the United States, or other countries. Where data leaves Switzerland or the EU, we rely on the provider’s safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.
5. How long we keep it
- Unqualified or unused Instant Form leads: deleted or anonymised within 12 months, unless you ask sooner or a longer legal retention applies.
- Leads that become clients: kept for the contract plus statutory retention (in Switzerland often up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Website logs: typically 6–24 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Cookies and ads
We may use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics or ads cookies, including the Meta Pixel. If a cookie banner is shown, non-essential tools run only after your choice.
Ads on Meta use events such as PageView and Lead so we can see whether a form was submitted and improve delivery. We do not use Instant Form answers to build consumer credit or housing-eligibility profiles.
8. Children
This site and these ads are for business contacts. We do not target anyone under 18.
